The TechHire program serves young adults ages 17-29 with a high school degree or equivalent, with barriers to employment, as well as incumbent workers, underemployed and long-term unemployed. Training and placement will focus on IT and IT-related industries such as Network Security, Computer Systems Analysts, Web Developers, Applications Software Developers, Systems Software Developers, and Computer User Support Specialists. To meet applicants' career and employment goals, participants can work one-on-one with a career coach to identify needed certifications or college courses, or attend an intensive “bootcamp” style training at no cost.




Register Now for the CVS Pharmacy Technician Pre-Apprenticeship

We are currently recruiting for candidates to enroll in the program!

The CVS Pharmacy Technician Pre-Apprenticeship Program is a 40-hour pre-apprentice classroom-based instruction at Employ Milwaukee. Those that complete the pre-apprenticeship program are then eligible to apply and interview for the CVS Pharmacy Technician Registered Apprenticeship Program, or will be referred to other opportunities with CVS Health. The CVS Pharmacy Technician Registered Apprenticeship program is an 18-month paid training and work experience which culminates with the attainment of a federally recognized credential. Those who complete the Pharm Tech pre-apprentice program will be credited 20 hours toward the registered apprenticeship. You must be 18 years of age to participate in this training program.
