Motivated Apprenticeship Pathways
If you are 18-24 years old and have been involved in the criminal justice system, learn more about Motivated Apprenticeship Pathways (MAP) program. This program offers paid training and the opportunity to earn an industry credential.
Motivated to Apprenticeship Pathways (MAP) is an employability program with a paid learning and training experience aimed at reducing recidivism for justice involved young adults residing in Milwaukee’s high crime/high poverty neighborhoods.
Must be 18-24 years old who have been involved with the criminal justice system through previous incarceration, court-ordered supervision, alternative sentencing, or through a diversion agreement to avoid prosecution.
The participant will be PAID WHILE IN TRAINING to earn an industry recognized credential.
The participant will be able to work with a career coach and have JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE.
Assistance with DRIVER’S LICENSE RECOVERY and/or other legal issues are available.
For those interested in learning more about career pathways or apprenticeships in construction, manufacturing, IT, financial services, landscaping/aborist and hospitality.
