Windows to Work (W2W) is a pre- and post-release program designed to address criminogenic needs associated with recidivism, including employment, education, anti-social cognition, anti-personality, and anti-social comparisons. Employ Milwaukee will subcontract with a provider to provide the W2W pre-release program services at the Racine Correctional Institution (RCI) and the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (MSDF) and in Milwaukee County for post-release program services for a total caseload of 82 participants, a minimum of 70 participants, along with 30 transfers from various statewide Workforce Board areas that service W2W participants that will return to Milwaukee County.
Proposals are due on April 30th, 2021 no later than 4:00 p.m. CST
