Serve MKE, led by the Serve MKE Council, is a pioneering initiative dedicated to fostering a thriving hospitality workforce in Milwaukee County. Through innovative, worker-centered sector strategies and diverse partnerships, we aim to uplift historically marginalized populations, enabling them to secure quality employment in high-demand hospitality occupations.
Are you looking to start or advance your career in the hospitality industry? Serve MKE is here to help you achieve your goals with comprehensive training and support services.
We focus on empowering unemployed, underemployed, and current hospitality workers from historically marginalized groups, including women, people of color, Veterans, economically disadvantaged individuals, those with disabilities, and justice-involved individuals, those who have experienced layoffs or workers who want to upskill. You must be a resident of Milwaukee County to participate.
