Earn and Learn program participants work 20 hours per week for 7 weeks earning an hourly wage at local area non profits, community organizations, small businesses, and more! Work experiences available through our Earn and Learn program range from developing culinary skills to working in medical facilities. Employ Milwaukee and partners also host career developement opportunities for hands-on career exposure for in-demand fields!
