Employ Milwaukee’s Business Services team works closely with businesses to understand their needs and provide tailored talent solutions including labor market information, recruitment, job readiness training, pre-screening, specialized training, On-The-Job (OJT) training, human resource services, and retention services. Jeffrey McAlister

Jeff has been improving community outreach and relations within EMI’s Business Solutions team for 14 years! In his current position as a Business Solutions Manager, Jeff oversees employer engagement, which includes working with local employers to understand their workforce needs, collaborating with EMI Program Managers to fulfill those needs, and coordinating hiring events.

Carrie Diener, MBA

Carrie Diener is one of our Business Sector Specialist and has been a member of the Employ Milwaukee team for almost 5 and a half years. As a Business Sector Specialist, Carrie works directly with employers to find solutions to their workforce needs. She coordinates hiring events, on the job trainings, and organizes resume and professional development workshops. Carrie takes great pride in developing talent and connecting them to fulfilling employment opportunities.

Frederick Nelson

Frederick Nelson has been a member of Employ Milwaukee’s team for over 6 years. Many of our community members recognize Frederick for his work in our Reentry Services department, but he now operates in Business Solutions. As a Business Sector Specialist, Frederick’s primary tasks include assisting and connecting employers with desirable talent, organizing hiring events and continuing to develop EMI’s relationships with local hiring managers.
