
The Executive Committee is comprised of Employ Milwaukee’s Board Officers and three additional members of the Board. The Executive Committee meets quarterly to receive updates from the other committees and reports directly to the Board of Directors at each quarterly meeting.
The Personnel, Finance, and Audit Committee is chaired by Employ Milwaukee’s Treasurer and meets quarterly to review and oversee the agency’s financial interests and human resource matters.
The Future Talent & Strategy Committee meets quarterly to provide strategic workforce expertise to support innovation, high performance, and sustainability of programs. The Committee works to meet the workforce development needs of businesses in industries and occupations that offer high-wage, high-demand opportunities; supports initiatives to increase the labor supply for priority sectors, in collaboration with state and local economic development partners; builds bridges between educational institutions, business, and industry by identifying skill needs and aligning training pathways; explores and recommends innovative strategies to adapt to changing workforce demands and demographics; and assists in the development and implementation of the local WIOA Plan, in partnership with the CEO.
